Shakily, she lifted her arms, having to lean against the edge of the tub heavily to keep from tumbling to the side. Pride flared in Mira again, though it was overshadowed by concern for what Rumi was trying to hide.
What had Celine forced her to keep silent? A million different horrible possibilities ran through her mind but all of them came to a screeching halt when she saw the purple on her skin.
The one thing she'd never considered.
Rumi had patterns.

Summary
HUNTR/X, unlike all the other hunters throughout history, only has two members. Zoey and Mira have struggled to keep the Honmoon in place, all while feeling that something-or someone-was missing. Basic Bats procedure probably shouldn't have him finding an anarchist hacktivist collective. And from there, Tim would probably judge him for some of the crime. But it's ethical, really, he’s just helping people. Some problems can’t be punched, no matter how much he might want them to be.
Or, Skye meets an alien and is a terrible influence. Not that anyone could have expected the teenage run-away and cyber terrorist to be a good influence. No matter how much Skye might be trying to help people with those crimes. The chaos does make the world a better place, probably.
