    So I played Borderlands 3 and got obsessed with Troy. He deserved better. Fight me about it. This fic started as the development of one scene I had in mind. "A Farm in the Forest" tells the story of Jade's adjustment to farm life in Stardew Valley, the people she meets during her stay, and the unspoken secrets of the valley's past.

    This fic focuses on character development and interaction between characters, both romantic and platonic. There is also an underlying plot that focuses on the world of Stardew Valley as well as Jade's history. This fic contains fantasy violence, drama, suspense, humor, and very occasional horror moments. There are also themes of emotional abuse.
