Lightning didn’t strike me, no violin-playing angels flying around me, no pink hue added to the world. It wasn’t some small passing thing either. Instead, some missing piece slipped into place, making my stiff shoulders drop.
This wasn’t a flip. This was a root growing under my ribs, right around my heart. Permanent. I could never unfeel it, like I’d planned with the initial stupid crush.
I didn’t need to tell him. I’d be fine if he never found out.
Alex didn’t hate her life — she just kept it small. No relationships, one friend, and a quiet routine designed as a shield from everything wrong that could happen. Her mind was already a minefield of worst-case scenarios and memories, she didn’t need reality to match.
When the world ends and the dead start walking, surviving means facing things she was escaping from since her childhood — difficult choices, connections, and people like him, who could see through your soul.

Still dressed in your Jedi Knight cosplay, you are taken before the Jedi Council who all assume you’re either a Jedi, or the Sith Lord they’ve been searching for.

Inspired by a brilliant reader-insert fic — More Than Empty Servitude — I decided to try writing my own reader-insert. But I wondered what would happen if the reader was a Star Wars nerd who had been trying her whole life to be a Jedi and she actually was Force sensitive? How would the Jedi Council reconcile the existence of a Force-sensitive who appears to know all the Jedi Lore and teachings but isn’t in any of their records? How would their lives be changed by that?

Summary
Waking up in a hospital without exactly knowing why when she’s told to be fine and completely healthy, [Y/n] soon finds out that she has amnesia if a friend of hers hadn’t approached her after being discharged.
Thankfully, not too long that she finally remembers a helpful information.
It seems as though that she died because an accident occurred in her original life and been sent to a world where she’s happy, healthy and has a complete family.
Not to mention that she’s living in the same world but different time as her favorite characters which is Tokyo Revengers.
Having the thought that the gods finally took pity on her and granted her wishes, [Y/n] sets her goals in mind that she’ll change their tragic endings and give them a happy ending.
Of course, not alone as she’ll do it with the help of the original protagonist in the story which is none other than Takemichi Hanagaki!
But just when she finally thought that she had the gist of what’s happening to her, [Y/n] finds herself having odd dreams.
It’s seems like there’s a much more deeper story behind than the one she have and knows currently…
