She begs Mr and Mrs Busby that she accompany them back to Wales to become Delia's personal nurse. AKA the one where Patsy is at Delia's side constantly. Romance and drama abound.

Summary
Being gay in the 1960's meant being closeted and being cautious. If a nurse, like Delia or Patsy, was found out they would surely lose their nursing license, and worse. So you had to be particularly careful if you found someone you fancied. Misinterpret one signal and it could spell disaster. So how did Delia and Patsy ever find the courage to brave the odds and make a first move? This is my idea of how it all started.
