Summary
A few things started to change in SEKAI after Rui and Tsukasa started dating.
When Rui first visited a few days after they got together, he noticed a faint rainbow far in the distance, beyond the trains in the sky. The plushies also started treating him differently: a bit clingier, they’d crowd around Rui whenever he was alone asking what he was up to. The plushies would mostly act normal around Rui whenever they entered as a group, however.
The rainbow stayed, initially. Then Emu-kun pointed it out excitedly, Tsukasa had seemed to pale a bit, but laughed it off and said new changes were always welcome as it meant personal growth.
The next day the group entered SEKAI together, the rainbow was gone.
After Rui and Tsukasa start dating, Rui notices some less favourable changes to SEKAI. Rui tries to find a way to comfort Tsukasa through his new feelings, whilst the two of them work on a new robot together that Rui is struggling with.

Whose plea was that? The knight, or the sorcerer? Whoever it was, the goddess had heard.

Tasked by the Goddess Hatsune herself, the once-again-to-be-the-future knight commander Tenma Tsukasa had to relive his school years in Magic Academy of Sekai. His main goal was to befriend Rui, the future villain, to prevent the Calamity from happening. Never the simple task, of course, as the prodigal kid kept going to goddess-knows-where and avoiding him in any given chance!
On the other side, the mysteries surrounding the future archmage and the world itself started to wrap its grasp upon Tsukasa. Why the goddess desperately wants him to change the past? What kind of secret hidden behind the preceptors' back? And what exactly Rui was hiding?
Whatever the answers were, Tsukasa had to figure out how to control his newfound blessing and enhance his magical aptitude. All while building mutual trust between him and Rui plus protecting him from the bullies, of course!
Unbeknownst to him, the future archmage had started developing some sort of interest in him...

The tactician’s piercing yellow eyes met the Qilin’s slightly wide golden ones. Rui brought the other’s hair to his lips.
And that gesture caught Tsukasa off guard.
“You're beautiful.”
The tactician said, adoration laced in his voice. Rui’s eyes never left Tsukasa’s face, and he could see the red blossoming on the blond’s pale cheeks at his actions.
Tsukasa immediately turned his head away to hide the growing redness on his cheeks.
“Shameless.” Tsukasa huffs out, clearly flustered. The tactician only chuckled under his breath, the sound warm enough to melt the last bit of tension lingering between them, unbothered by the Qilin’s accusation. “Is it shameless,” he murmured, still brushing his fingers through the blond’s hair, “if it happens to be the truth?”
