As fear spreads and every ringing phone becomes a source of dread, one person begins to notice that the killings aren't as random as they seem.
Sandrone has always trusted logic over rumor. While everyone else searches for a monster, she searches for a pattern.
Columbina simply watches with a smile.
Soft-spoken, peculiar, and impossible to read, she drifts into Sandrone's life with unsettling ease, offering innocent conversations and gentle smiles while secretly delighting in the other's growing fascination with the case. The closer Sandrone comes to unraveling Ghostface's carefully constructed game, the more Columbina finds herself captivated by the only person clever enough to understand her.
After all, every masterpiece deserves someone who can appreciate it.
And every Ghostface story needs a final girl.

Summary
On her way home after school, Sandrone runs into a strange girl wandering beneath the winter rain, dressed in nothing but her nightgown, singing to herself.
It turns out to be the start of a very unlikely relationship.[“Right, I won’t make you go home if you don’t want to,” Sandrone grumbles, shivering. “But you are coming with me before you succumb to hypothermia.”
The girl blinks, bemused.
“Is this… kidnapping?”
“Hah?!” Sandrone exclaims, “Why would anyone want to kidnap you?”
The girl opens her mouth as if to answer, and Sandrone quickly cuts her off.
“Don’t say anything. Come with me, stay out here and freeze, it doesn’t matter to me either way. Do whatever you like.”
With that, she turns on her heel and walks away, stuffing her hands into her skirt pockets in an attempt to keep them warm. The girl stares at her with wide eyes, her mouth open but no words coming out, one small, pale hand clutching the front of Sandrone’s coat.
A few moments later, she is back under Sandrone’s umbrella, humming another song to herself as she links their arms together.
Flinching, she hisses, “What do you think you’re doing?”

Columbina tapped her chin very slowly. “Well, I'm the one wearing an apron and nametag while you aren't… If anything, I should be asking who you are.”
Sandrone has to force herself not to explode at this point. She's offended, she's confused, she's annoyed to hell and back. Whatever trick the universe was pulling on her at this very moment, she does not like it.
“Hah, as if you don't already know my name for some reason,” she snaps back. “You know what, I’m not going to waste my time dealing with you.”
Without caring for an answer, she immediately pushes past Columbina to go into the backroom to look for Lauma. If only she had turned back – even for a split second – before the curtain closed, then she would have seen the abrupt change in Columbina's expression.
Sandrone is broke, tired, hungry, and worst of all, an engineering student.
After her father gets hospitalized, she decides to get a part-time job at a flower shop to become less of a burden to him, but what she doesn't expect is the annoying and utterly incompetent coworker that she has to put up with.

Sandrone prefers silence, and the empty seat beside her. It is a space no one in class ever sits in.
Then a new student transfers in.
Soft-spoken. Calm.
And unexpectedly… blind — walking with a white cane and quiet confidence straight toward the empty seat beside Sandrone, throwing her completely off-guard.
The new student isn’t fragile.
She isn’t helpless.
And for the first time, someone sits beside Sandrone without fear.And that’s what unsettles Sandrone most.
To make matters worse, she’s assigned as the transfer student’s “class buddy.”
“The hallway’s getting crowded,” the new girl says softly.
“Can I stay closer to you?”Sandrone scoffs.
“Stay close.”
