The only one ever making an effort despite what others said was Ranboo… Why did I have to suffer so much?” the demon hybrid asked silently and his eyes went from looking at Phil to scanning over the twins’ faces. Both having a slight frown planted on their faces. The unspoken question of ‘Why were none of you there when I needed you?’ didn’t go unnoticed. The three sharply inhaled and Phil nearly let out a noise that sounded like a sad warble.
“We should have been there for you, that’s right. And we’re sorry that we weren’t, but we are here now, if you let us.” Phil let out and the twins nodded in agreement.

Dream is out of the prison and Tommy panics. The most logical thing for him to do is to go into hiding. So he does.
Without telling anyone where he is, Tommy starts to avoid Dream like the pest.
All his hard work of hiding comes crashing down when he finds him.
His body started running. No destination in mind, yet he finds his way to his family. His family that he thinks doesn't care about him. Little does he know that they actually do care.
or Tommy goes into hiding when Dream got out of prision and refuses to believe his family cares about him, but who can blame the boy

On the Sabaody Archipelago, Penguin became enraptured by the fighting style of the Massacre Soldier -- he later learned the name of this infamous man when his captain began yelling it at the top of his lungs. While they didn’t have a proper meeting at the auction house, he was able to observe from afar as their captains kicked marine butt and ran from Pacifictas.

Summary
Four years ago Penguin was betrayed by the person he trusted the most and found himself given to a man he barely knew to further some one else's plans. He was left with a broken heart and a daughter. Then the man he had run from arrives on his doorstep taking him back to the town it had all started in, saying it was for his own protection. He isn't sure what to believe anymore.
Four years ago Killer made a mistake, he didn't ask enough questions when he found himself being given the only thing he had ever really wanted. All he wants to do now is make it right. He just has to convince Penguin he means it.
