Summary
Malia discovers karaoke. Everyone is on board and delighted for the most part.
Except for Liam whose life blows up somehow. It may have to do with the kind of songs Theo sings.

In the months following the conflict with the Anuk-Ite and the hunters, Liam and Theo become close friends.
They both grow up. Theo gets his life together with Liam’s help, and Liam tries to be a good friend and a good person all around.
Liam’s affection for Theo grows into something more, except he is mostly unaware until Theo’s song choices during the pack’s karaoke nights show Theo in a different light.
Things escalate during a full moon, and Liam tries to make sense of his feelings and his friendship with Theo.
A lot happens in the next eight days.

“At least it’s not a full moon.” Liam says glancing casually at the bright moon above their heads like he just noticed it. He’s even able to wait for two long seconds before bringing his eyes on Theo’s face, scanning it almost hysterically. “It means we’re not going to be eaten alive by werewolves.”
Nothing.
No wincing, no chemosignals, no Theo giving a fuck.
He doesn’t even look at him, just keeps staring at his sandwich as if Liam didn’t already told him what he put and most important what he didn’t put inside it. That’s some disrespectful shit right there, you accidentally poison someone once and your word on sandwiches is suddenly unreliable.
Who’s allergic to peanut butter anyway? What a loser.
“Though, it’d be cool, wouldn’t it.” Liam adds very casually, still keeping track of every millimeter of Theo’s face. He’s going to agree with him now, come on. Werewolves are cool, he can’t deny that. And that’s all Liam wants to hear for now, because he’s so patient and mature and cool is enough. He doesn’t need a yeah, I always dreamed about dating a werewolf. Just a little acknowledgment of werewolves’ coolness, that’s it.
