Summary
Eddie sees Steve’s eyes widen as he softly breathes, “Oh sh… shit.”
Within a moment, Eddie is at Steve’s side as he stumbles, nearly collapsing to the ground until he crashes into Eddie’s chest. Eddie grabs him quickly to both steady and hold him up.
“Oh Jesus,” Eddie says for what feels like the millionth time that day, “You-!”
“I’m fine,” Steve cuts him off, but with the way his voice is strained and he’s slumped against Eddie, unable to support most of his own weight, Eddie would have to be both blind and deaf to believe him. "Wow, take me to dinner first, won't ya, Eddie?"
Eddie realizes that Steve’s actually a really good person, but man, he really needs to stop throwing himself headfirst into danger.

“It’s the weekend before the full moon, Stiles, it isn’t safe. Ten o’clock, no more.”
“Eleven-thirty,” Stiles insisted.
Derek rolled his eyes and said in exasperation, “Fine! Eleven sharp,” and turned to look at Isaac and Boyd to say, “And I’m not waiting up.”
Stiles waggled his eyebrows at the Betas, smiling triumphantly. “Go on and scoot! Dinner will be in the microwave.”

Deaton turned to him, offering a private smile before inclining his head slightly. “Very comforting, Scott, thank you. But,” he looked between them, “I’m not the Emissary they’re coming after.”
