Millie is pregnant, but due to the nature of her and Moxxie's job, health insurance doesn't cover the vast majority of obstetric procedures, and maternity leave is but a (im)pious illusion when it comes to trusting Blitzø to have maternity benefits.
So when it turns out that there's a clinic in Sloth offering maternity check-ups on a charitable basis, run by some "Baffomel" guy, Millie is not going to pass the opportunity up... and, when this is coupled with a "Radiation Shower Therapy" for pregnant imps, advertised to make babies grow stronger and better in the womb, she will take that option, too.
Even if Moxxie is not at all convinced that it will work. In fact, he very much thinks that Baffomel's clinic is built upon delirious ideas based on twisted biology.
He will change his mind... once he's there, at least.
