Summary
After Naraku's defeat, Rin was left in Kaede’s village to become socialised to humanity, with an agreement that, at 18, she could make her choice whether to remain in the village amongst humans or return to Sesshomaru. However, when Sesshomaru suddenly disappears on her 14th year, Rin grows desperate, awaiting her dearest companion's promised return. On her 17th birthday, Rin falls into the same recurring dream of Sesshomaru's reappearance- until, that is, it isn't a dream anymore.
A narrative of Rin and Sesshomaru's meetings before the events of Yashahime, following on from after the anime's ending.
