Summary
A shattered violin at the base of the stairs.
A little brother she trusted, and who has now let her down in the most painful of ways.
A shove.
As Mari falls, the certainty of death flashes right before her eyes, the only thing she can think of is “Sunny… Forgive me…”
Except: she doesn’t die. Instead, she finds herself teleported four years in the future, right on time to save a drowning Sunny from the lake where he jumped to save a very traumatised Basil.
As her - now teenage - friends try to wrap their heads around the fact that she is very alive and kicking, Mari too has a lot of things to focus her attention on:
Aubrey has become a delinquent (a very hot pink-head delinquent), Hero is even hotter now (but he is almost twenty and she is still fifteen) and WHY IS KEL SO TALL???
Also, WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT SUNNY IS NOW TECHNICALLY OLDER THAN HER??????
Yeah. A lot to think about.

Summary
I spent the last year and a half reading every Re:Zero reaction fic I could find, and now, here’s my own attempt at a worldwide reaction. The world watches Re:zero, arcs 1-9.
Credit to the writers who came before me, especially Feopyr and “The 4 Nations Witness the Strongest Existence". I used their viewing-description template, and Feopyr, if you feel this crosses a line, just tell me — I’ll remove it and write my own, (please don’t, it would take forever).
I wrote this out of spite because I wanted to prove I could. Whoever said writing is fun is a liar, but it does calm me down. After reading so many fics, I figured out what formats I liked and daydreamed scenarios nonstop until the ao3 curse forced me to finally make my own.Fun fact: if you check Feopyr’s comments, you’ll see me praising their work; two days later I got a fever for three days, and wrote 30,000 words at once.
So here it is — my attempt.I want advice. Real advice. Grammar, characterization, missed details, ideas for future arcs — everything. And if anyone wants to beta read, let me know in the comments.
