“Oh, intimacy levels! So there’s eight for everyone to start but then some villagers you can romance” she wiggled her eyebrows with a laugh, “They can have up to ten if you’re into each other, and even more when you’re actually married.”
She pinched his cheek playfully, “Gotta up those hearts if you’re gonna be the best, blasty.”
Katsuki squinted at the console in his hands.
He could fucking do that. He was a goddamn delight. And so would his badass farmersona be.

Kirishima likes the dorms.
He really does - they’re convenient, they’re safe and he’s in the room right next to his best friend’s. They have movie nights and game nights and there’s never a dull moment when he’s there, but- he misses his moms.
The Kirishimas are a very affectionate family. Kirishima’s no stranger to physical contact. He welcomes it, even; a hug when he leaves for school, a hug when he gets home from school. Before he goes to bed. It’s comforting, and it’s normal, and Kirishima… well, he misses it.
And that’s how Kirishima finds himself stood in front of Bakugo’s door at midnight on a Friday, worn down from the school week, desperate enough to go to his best friend’s room to ask him for a hug.

Summary
Kirishima let out a soft sound as he thought, all quiet and distant like when he was drifting asleep, but still trying to carry on a conversation. He did that a lot, talked himself to sleep. Bakugou chased away the realization that he wouldn't hear Kirishima mumble incoherently again after this, half asleep and tangled together under the blankets.
"I hope you'd say yes."
"I would." His voice wobbled and Kirishima smiled. "Ei, I would."

Bakugou had been going to BeansPot Coffee for a long time. A hole-in-the-wall coffee shop in the middle of the city, the place was a wonderfully well-kept secret – and that was exactly how he liked it. Which was why he was instantly on guard when he walked in one morning to see a new face standing behind the counter.
Well, actually, first he saw his hair. Stop-sign red and styled up into spikes. Between that and the way-too-wide smile that stretched across his face, he was almost hard to look at directly.
Too goddamn bright for this early in the morning.
Or, pro-hero Ground Zero had a morning routine that he liked perfectly fine, thank you very much. That is, until a bright-eyed new barista showed up to throw a wrench in it, one caramel latte at a time.

Summary
It’s been a while since Kirishima has had a hug.
Not that he doesn’t like hugs, or whatever - in fact, he’s pretty fond of them - but it’s just been a while; and sure, it’s not something that keeps him up at night, but he is up at night, and now he’s thinking about it. A glance at his clock before he left his room told him that it was, unsurprisingly, the early hours of the morning.
It’s now when he realises that when he’s awake with no-one to talk to, he has a lot of time to just think. And it’s not that Kirishima’s salty that nobody’s hugged him in ages - but, actually, he’s pretty salty. And it wasn’t even a thing that had a simple fix. There was still the question of who to even ask.
He wonders if he could successfully get a hug from Bakugo without being blasted an indefinite distance.

Summary
“Your hair is so soft after you wash it,” is exactly what Katsuki doesn’t say when he accidentally brushes his fingers against Kirishima’s hair. It was an accident, definitely; an honest mistake, Kirishima had just put his head on the desk, and since it was newly washed and in its natural style, it just happened. He'd laid his head on the table just a little too close to Katsuki's hand.
He supposes he’s never really thought about if his friend’s hair was soft or not - but now he knows, and he knows that he won’t be able to stop thinking about it. The words in his textbook seem to drift off of the page, meaningless, and all he can think of is the bright red head of hair that’s painfully close to his hand, and just how easy it would be to touch it.
And then Katsuki thinks to himself no, that’s weird.
In which Katsuki describes the things he's always wanted to say to Kirishima, but never quite knew how.

Katsuki glanced pointedly at the rest of the cafe, which was, as before, entirely empty, then back at the barista. “Does that really seem necessary, Shitty Hair?”
“Kirishima, actually!” he said happily, pointing at his name tag and passing Katsuki's drink over the counter. “See? It's not that hard.” He then had the audacity to wink at Katsuki. Fucking. Wink.
Katsuki grabbed his drink and stormed out without saying anything.

A week before the sports festival found Bakugou walking back home in the late afternoon, sunset light making his scowl even more menacing and drawing a long shadow right in front of him.
Someone was walking by his side.
There was no second shadow on the floor beside his own to confirm this, but if he kept his focus on the street ahead and carefully avoided trying to look to his left, he could consistently make out black hair swishing in the wind and strong arms leading to hands sunk in pants’ pockets. The edges were blurry, but there was definitely someone at his side.

“Ohh give me give me!” Denki grabbed the plate and took a big bite, “ah fuck man! How do you eat this shit it’s so spicy” and gulped an entire glass of water.
That reminded Katsuki how dry his throat felt, and he opted to take a sip from his own glass of water.
Only when he did take that sip, instead of the anticipated relief of cold water in his dry throat, the water sank in his stomach, adding to his overall queasiness.
No. He did not just think that he felt queasy. Full, he was just full. Bakugou doesn’t get queasy. The only thing that can make Katsuki throw up is a punch from All Might to his stomach. And the thought of maybe throwing up certainly did not just cross his mind. Absolutely not.”

Also, Bakugou needs therapy.
This was first written as a one shot, I then added more chapters - that’s why you might see some inconsistencies in my writing between the first chapter and the other ones, but it gets better , I promise (hope)!

Kirishima was sure he did if that ache was anything to go by. He sighed and turned to face the ceiling again, arms crossing behind his head. "We'll get both of you back to where you belong, promise.
