Summary
The world has forgotten Peter Parker, but Spider-Man remains - trying to do his best to keep his neighbourhood safe in his homemade suit. That is, when he's not washing dishes in a dingy diner and trying to stay alive in his run-down apartment. When he accidentally crosses paths with Bucky Barnes during a chase, the guarded former Winter Soldier can't shake the feeling that something's wrong when it comes to this stubborn and annoying kid. Despite his reservations and his complicated place with the Thunderbolts, Bucky finds himself drawn to protect and help Peter. Peter Parker is a ghost in his own story...
Months after the spell that erased him from everyone’s memory, he’s living in the shadows; no ID, no support, no one left to save. He works three under-the-table jobs, patrols at night in a suit held together by desperation, and survives on barely edible food and sheer willpower. His healing factor is failing. His body is crashing. And he’s not sure how much longer he can keep going.
Then he runs into Bucky Barnes. THE Winter Soldier.
Peter slips. Says too much. Moves too fast. And Bucky, who shouldn’t remember him, starts asking questions. Questions that could unravel everything.
Now Peter’s spiraling, terrified that one moment of recognition could collapse the universe all over again. With nowhere left to turn, he makes a choice: break into Avengers Tower, patch up his suit, and maybe, just maybe, survive one more night.

Summary
