Summary
“Then, perhaps, our history will be made a more public spectacle. Is that something you’d prefer? Since you know that if you do bring me to justice, Cyno, it’ll be obvious that your motives are entirely personal. That isn’t like the General Mahamatra, is it?”

Summary
Guydelot hated Sanson because the young captain was everything he hated about authority. Sanson hated Guydelot because the bard didn't want anything to do with him because of that authority.
What they hated more than that was how much they wanted each other.
OR. That slowburn fic following the bard quest line where these two go from enemies to begrudging bedmates to friends to maybe lovers.

Summary
Something about all of this just didn’t sit right with Sandalphon.
Was it the effortless capture of the Fallen Angel Belial, the very convenient start of the Alpha’s rut, or could it be the Singularity’s ludicrous plan to have him babysit the most ill behaved Primal in the sky? Anyone of those would have been enough to give him pause, but he don’t have the luxury. He was the only one with enough free time on his hands capable of keeping Belial in check, right? The Singularity had too much on his plate and they didn’t want to send everyone into a panic. It was fine, he could handle something small like this.
There was only one problem... alright maybe more than one.
Primals should not have ruts; should not present as either Alpha or Omega. Still, there Belial was. He hadn’t told anyone yet but, he didn’t know what to expect from any of this; has never had to know anything about any of this. He hasn’t even... damn it, what did that matter? He just didn’t want to give Belial anymore fuel to tease him with because, where you gave Belial an inch he took a mile.
And in this case, he might have gone too far.
