Forced to glitch out by a group of Scientists, and configured to set forth as a sheild for the ones they loved, they were sent; sent to the one person even the devils shuddered to seek. Sent to a mistake. An error. The Error.
All Frisk was told was that they were meant to soothe the beast.
That they could come back after He was asleep.
But they were never told the fact that he never did.

Summary
An Anomaly in time causes two universes, two timelines to collapse into one another. And the Anomaly does not seem to be sated yet. With no hope left for the residents of the said universes, they send their four finest of warriors back in time to ask for help. A sassy teen, a moody kid, a genocidal genius and a frustrated flower.

Summary
It is said that before time was first counted, humanity was gifted magic by the Angels, putting an end to the Millennium War. The balance within the world was now broken, but as with such universal constants it always finds a way to right itself through natural means. A balance of magic and science is required. The humans prior tried to exterminate the existence of magic to no avail. Every death of a mage would bring forth another as the magic buried itself deep into a new soul creating latent abilities in a chosen human child. The Seven: justice, bravery, patience, kindness, perseverance, integrity, and DETERMINATION would live on. If one perished then the magic would attach itself to another chosen soul. The lone town that knew the truth of their past was their only sanctuary. A place for them to escape from those that wished them harm, but absolute power corrupts absolutely and thus this is how our story… begins.
Frisk clambered up the mountain. The mountain of so many horror stories, myths, and legends. She refused to be frightened by such things, but her heart was still racing as she ascended the peak of Mt. Ebott. It was rumored to be the home of bloodthirsty monsters that were cast into the mountain as punishment for their loss against humanity. It became nothing more than a scary story. Her hands convulsed when she prepared to jump.

Summary
Eighteen years ago, Frisk left the Underground, but there was another barrier to face before the monsters were freed. When Frisk comes back as an adult though, she must pass tests that 'destroy her human soul' in order to save the monsters, and Toriel won't allow it. Banished and unable to return, Frisk is stuck back on the surface.
Knowing that freedom can only be won with 'humanity', Sans goes to the surface to trade Frisk some of his 'monster' for her 'humanity', so he can help too. However, neither of them know where these tests will lead . . . or how far the truth really goes.
A barrier is more than a gateway . . .
