Summary
Somewhere in the snowy French mountain, Louis' rented car breaks down. So, he picks up his backpack and walks to the nearest house to find help. The man he finds there is frosty at best and rude at worst, but undeniably very, very attractive.
This is your 'stuck-together-in-the-snow-storm' Loustat fic, but add to it a string of dead bodies and perhaps even a killer at large? And to complicate things, they're not telling the truth, and there's the hot, roiling sexual attraction that strips them off all logic and sense of self-preservation. So, will Loustat prevail?

Summary
In a world where vampires heal from everything, it's unheard of that they could come out of that healing changed. Lestat, buried and entombed with a broken skull wakes up famished and without memories of his past life in the modern world right as the pandemic hits.
In a world where Louis believed he'd actually killed Lestat, he meets him again, but now he's apparently a famous singer and doesn't know who Louis is at all. Will they find their way back to each other?
Lots of Lestat and Daniel being friends bc that trope should get more attention, regretful Louis who'd made too many mistakes, Lestat without any of his past burdens enjoying the 21st century and so on and on. Just read into it. My summery skills are not the greatest, you can ask my teachers.

Within the week Lestat—the Lestat, a small part of Daniel can’t help but help but crow—is sitting in Daniel’s apartment, casting his gaze over the clutter of Daniel’s human life with an unimpressed expression.
Daniel decides to seize the bull by the horns. “So, where do you want to start? Top ten grievances about the book?”
With his eyes, Lestat manages to convey that a top one hundred would be insufficient to capture the magnitude of Daniel’s literary sins, but with his mouth he says, “I am not here to pick over what has already been said. If that is how Louis sees things, that is how he sees them.”
Or: The Vampire Lestat tells his life story to newly immortal journalist Daniel Molloy, who has a lot of inconvenient, probing questions about it.
