He prowled, and he loomed, and whatever earthy animal quality he’d had as a younger man had transmuted into something feral and predatory, during his twelve years of imprisonment.
Severus had his wand. He swallowed hard. His wand. Magic. His only defense, because Black outweighed him by at least three stone. But magic was more than enough. Severus had never needed physical prowess. His magical strength, and the keenness of his mind, gave him the advantage.

Summary
A coffee shop AU but the coffee is snakes.
Or: In which Harry lives in the snake-infested equivalent of a TARDIS and pseudo-adopts an incredibly confused but still relentlessly ambitious Tom Riddle.
Tom thought he was hallucinating, to begin with. Suddenly, between the dilapidated Potions store and the magical equipment repair store, there was a dizzyingly green overgrowth of plants and vines and venomous flowers that only parted to show a door when one stood directly opposite it. The greenery practically burst out of the walls and even between the cobbles of the cobblestone path outside, as though it was carnivorous, insatiable, uncontainable.
He initially presumed that it might be some kind of exotic plant shop, but then he heard the whispers from within, and noticed that, if he squinted, the twisting, writhing vines above the door seemed to spell out a single word: Serpensortia.
Tom was inside the door before he knew it.

Harry accidentally gets exposed to the most powerful aphrodisiac known to wizardkind. Voldemort happens to be the only person within touching distance. The Horcrux connection between them doesn’t help, either; the worse Harry gets, the more Voldemort loses his mind.
Or: Voldemort goes absolutely unhinged with lust, and it’s all feral, needy little Harry’s fault.
