Simon lets out a snort at that, rolling his eyes while crossing his arms. He huffs out a gravelly laugh, amused at her attempt.“Sarah...”
And she just gives a mischievous smile back, leaning back to show she meant it. He knows she can see him struggle in the love department, always urging him to go out and seek something he wants but too scared to go for it. -

Summary
I am going to use the summary space to say what I need for this.
This has been my therapy for the last 6-7 months and was even suggested by my previous therapist before she retired. I took all of my negative energy out and put it into something else. Please be kind and gentle with me for this.
And PLEASE DO NOT READ if you are not in the right head space for it. This is dark with a bittersweet ending. I will also be writing an alternate version in Ghost's POV to have a more positive side to this.
I wasn't sure if I was going to post this but I love you all, please take care of yourselves.(Please ignore any mistakes, every time I wrote, I was angry. <3 this is purely raw from my emotions)

Summary
“Ghost! How goes it, mate?” A larger man with a beard walks over to him, Ghost thinks his name is Hugh, wrapping his arm around Ghost’s shoulders to bring him in. It’s something Ghost would typically shove someone away for, but it lets it happen, the smell of whiskey and food.
Hugh leads him to a table that sits four other men, Ghost can’t remember their names but something tells him he will. This is a rare thing to happen for him, for people to want his presence around them. It’s normal for people to call him a hero and leave at that but not to actually sit with him.

“No one else knows you’re here. There’s a good chance we won’t get good reactions from this, from Ghost especially. They’ve taken Johnny’s injury pretty hard, making most of them pretty defensive. We’re hoping this is only temporary but right now, we don’t have a clear answer.”
Pause.
So, Johnny and Price are the only two members that know Drew is here. They picked her themselves knowing that the other members will most likely argue or fight with the idea of her taking Johnny’s spot. The chances of her being accepted by everyone is severely low, making this entire ordeal a thousand times harder.

Graves is invited to the 141 base for Halloween activities, unsure of what's to come. Not one for fright, but how frightened can one get during a game of what one could call "tag."
Definitely not what he bargained for but at the end of the day, he wouldn't want it any other way.
