Peter Parker has been gone for three-hundred and forty-five days, fifteen hours, two minutes, and fifty seconds.
Far away, deep in the woods of Canada, underneath the ground, was a sterile, empty lab.
On the examination table of the lab was a chrysalis, transparent just enough for the body inside to be slightly invisible. The chrysalis began to move as the body fidgeted enough to cause it to wake up.
Two golden eyes opened.

Summary
Peter Parker was extremely worried when a band of terrorists attacked his school. They didn’t even seem to be organized, but before he could do anything, the room filled up with knockout gas and he watched as his classmates struggled to keep consciousness. He eventually succumbed to its effects. When he woke up, he was trapped in a cell and his spider sense was going crazy, but that wasn’t the worst part. He was trapped in a cell with most of his fourth period class and a few other students, which included both Ned and MJ.

Summary
Peter has grown used to the days as a HYDRA prisoner. It involves mostly staring at the other side of the cell, being tortured or experimented on, and meeting the other prisoners that pass through, most of whom only last a few days. This all changes when Tony Stark becomes his new cell mate and Tony does his best to break down Peter's walls. Both start on a journey of escape and recovery, but they can't always take this journey together.
