Summary
It was dark, cold, and cramped. The wallpaper was torn with writing drawn into it. The only light that pierced the room was from a small light bulb that flickers. His wrists, neck, and ankles throbbed painfully. Even in the dark, he could see the dried blood and bruises on them. They caused a sting to rack his body whenever he brushed them against anything or he moved his head too fast.

Summary
Recently, in the past few years, Playtime Co. released a new project. What the project introduced was the idea of creating life. Artificial life. But not only would it create artificial life, it created what was supposed to be your best friend. The project was advertised towards lonely people.
And clearly it reached their target demographic, because CatNap is briskly walking down the street with a box full of hundreds in his hand.

That doesn't mean he was this eerie demon, some of the children rumored about.
DogDay was wrong.
He doesn't know if the rumors were true or if CatNap changed.
A bit of both, maybe.
But after the fall of the factory he understands the orphans' intense fears all too well.
