Summary

Summary
Bucky remembers Steve being smaller. Simply turning his head hadn't been enough for him to look into his eyes. His body remembers that, too. If he wanted their eyes to meet, he had to slightly angle his head down as it turned to get him in his line of sight.
That's where Steve's chest is now.
