Summary
What happens when four mutant turtles visit the hidden city of Tokyo for a yokai festival?
One year after Neo Edo’s newest Kaikishi Warriors saved the city from The Makkine, its citizens and the newly freed Yokai agreed to celebrate their life and freedom with a to-be-annual Unity Festival. Excited for the festival, Neo Edo’s Kaikishi Samurai brings four new friends with him to indulge in the good fortune of his home.
With the burning heart of the Ki-Stone protecting the city and its Kaikishi warriors, and their mystic company, the festival couldn’t be in better hands…

Rumi is begging and Mira had wanted to be just that, be together, up until five minutes ago – her and Zoey had talked about it in detail, how both of their heart were beating for two people, how easy it had been to fall in love with their leader, how they wanted to try and be more, once they had restored the Golden Honmoon.
But Rumi lied to them.
And Mira finds she doesn’t want her anymore, not right now.

Mikey has enough of Leo being a bummer, and decides to drag Usagi back to fix their heartbreak as his hatchday gift to Leo. Donnie creates a portal, and things start to go wrong when Usagi and Leo decide to try out Donnie's other gift to Leo.

The Yokai Slayer rose slowly, breathing heavily. The audience watched with bated breath—Leo watched with bated breath.
He slipped the mask down under his chin, revealing fur tinted black around his nose.
The rabbit raised his sword high in a fist pump, and exploding doesn’t even begin to describe how wild the yokai in the stands went at his victorious grin.
...
“Who…who was that?” he could feel his mouth move and vocal chords buzz, head whipping toward Big Mama, who seemed entirely too amused.
“Our newest potential champion. Impressive, isn’t he? His looks are deceiving, I admit it! But Karasu-Tengu trained him well,” she mused.
“Usagi Yuichi is not one to be trifled with,” Big Mama said with that unsettling smile, “There is a reason why he is the Yokai Slayer, after all,”
