“Only the basics!” Alan protested.
“That haunted games are real, and so are haunted toys. And monsters,” Jade said.
Padric nodded to himself and hummed. “That’s more than our customers usually learn.”
“Yeah, and I can see why.”

Shortly after her family moves to a small town in the pacific northwest, Jade finds a store called "Ready Player 2: Secondhand Electronics". And then learns that it specializes in finding and pacifying haunted video games.And then gets hired.
With two nerds at her back and a benevolent ghost looking over her shoulder, Jade faces supernatural threats from this world and beyond, running across dark secrets and twisted mysteries while making a few strange friends.
