Atsumu is an omega sold by his own family to a brothel in Edo's red light district, Yoshiwara. Alpha Kiyoomi is the son of the shogun, currently looking for an apprentice oiran he saw when he was a child.
So yeah, my Haikyuu braincell and Japanology major braincell collided to come up with this idea. It might have slight mistakes since it's very hard to find accurate information about yukaku in general and also about shogun's family(surprising but ok). I'll definitely add more tags and characters in the future.
Title is from one of the Ono no Komachi's poems, "思ひつつ 寝ればや人の 見えづらむ 夢と知りせば 覚めざらましを"

Atsumu adjusts his mic stand and slings his guitar over his shoulder. The crowd’s cheers continue to fill the venue. Then, Kiyoomi watches as Atsumu raises a hand in the air. With a quick movement, he brings his fist down and, like magic, the crowd falls silent.
Kiyoomi scoffs at the display. “Does he think he’s Wagner?” he whispers to Motoya.
“It’s an Atsumu thing,” Motoya shrugs. “The Jackals have tons of fans despite being fairly new, and their groupies all know how to follow the rules. And Kiyo, your 19th century classical music references would fly over anyone else’s head, just so you know.”

Summary
Deku has been suffering from hanahaki for some time now. He knows Katsuki Bakugou is his soulmate, but is positive Katsuki doesn't know, himself. One day, while walking home from school, he collapses due to the flowers cutting off his breathing. After Katsuki calls an ambulance, he realizes that deku is his soulmate and becomes saddened that it is now too late, because Izuku's heart is about to beat for the last time.
they say that once ones soulmate is lost, then their life means nothing to themselves. A numbness courses through their vaines as they remember that one true love of theirs. And yet, they also say that no matter how many lives you go through, you will always connect with your soulmate. Most that have lost that loved one commit suicide or die of sorrow.
He remembers his loss. He won't let his love slip away again. he just has to keep away and watch him from a distance. He needs to make sure the omega doesn't hurt himself, but he also feels the need to push the small boy away, afraid that he will develop the disease again and Katsuki will lose him yet another time.
Will his mission be successful, or will he succumb to sorrow again in the end?

Bakugou wasn’t the type to wear his feelings on his sleeve. Most of the time, he kept his emotions locked down, buried under layers of irritation and anger, the mutual feelings they had for eachother that he knew, but refused to tell Izuku. But ever since Izuku lost his memories, everything felt... wrong. Bakugou could barely admit it to himself, but something about the situation was eating at him. Now that Izuku was avoiding him, now that the guy who used to cling to him was suddenly distant, Bakugou couldn’t shake the frustration.
Bakugou hasn’t even said sorry for anything and everything wrong and painful he caused Izuku, but the gnawing feeling that something was slipping away, that things might irreparably change, made his chest tighten in a way he couldn’t explain.
He didn’t know how to fix it, the unsettling and imminent sense of losing something
And oh, ’tis true, ’tis true.
