Set in a modern high school (AU), between Neteyam (the perfect, protective captain of the Forest High basketball team) and Aonung (the cocky, hot-headed star player from Reef High).
What started as fierce court tension has spiraled into a breathless, undercover "friends with benefits" arrangement. They both insist it’s just hormones, but with hyper-observant teammates breathing down their necks and their fathers on a collision course with the truth, their absolute denial is about to get them caught.

After mysterious visitors call them to lands far away for the help of the Sarentu warriors, Tamtey and So'lek must overcome the fear and sorrow that has left a mark on both of them.

When Lo’ak and Tsireya travel to the forest before their mating, Neteyam is forced to accompany them… along with Ao’nung, the one person he can barely stand.
A week in the sky and a month in the forest is too much time together, but forced into the same journey, they begin to learn that dislike and desire can feel dangerously similar.

"I didn't feel anything—"
"Liar." The word was a weapon. "You felt it. You wanted it."
Ao'nung's face went red— from anger or embarrassment, or both. "Shut the fuck up."
"I think you'll do anything to avoid having an actual honest conversation." Neteyam's voice was cold now, all the hurt crystallizing into something sharp. "Including picking a fight. Including pretending I'm just some drunk mistake you can forget about."
"I said shut UP—"

Summary
It's the end of the Mangkwan's reign, or so it seems. So'lek finally got Tamtey back, but their time apart hasn't changed his feelings for her.
After attempting to track down remaining members of his old clan, just as the Sarentu had found Rasi, So'lek continuously runs into the Mangkwan, almost as if they're tracking him. Tamtey, afraid for his safety, journeys with him, but gradually realises there is no point risking their lives, and tries to convince him to return to the Kinglor Forest. Tension builds, but after a close encounter with death, So'lek realises he doesn't want to lose Tamtey again, and Tamtey realises the reason So'lek wanted to make this journey alone.

Tamtey Kataru'ite is a child of two worlds, two vastly different species. Kidnapped from her clan, the Sarentu, as a child and brought up within the RDA's TAP program, Tamtey did not get the opportunity to learn the ways of her people. The ways of all Na'vi.
When the clans band together to take on the RDA, Tamtey and the other stolen Sarentu children are placed in cryo pods, tucked away within a crumbling facility for sixteen years. With the children long forgotten, other clans assume that they have seen the last of the Sarentu—until the return of the RDA spurs the childrens' former instructor, Alma Cortez, to pull them from their slumber.
Together once more, the last of the Sarentu must learn what it is to be Na'vi, finding their places amongst the people and within the wilds of the moon they call home: Pandora. The way of the Sarentu was once simple, easy. Can it be discovered once more?

The war did not end when the fighting stopped.
So’lek carries the weight of survival like a vow, a promise to avenge all he lost. Tamtey carries it like a makeshift weapon with an edge so sharp it cuts her as much as it cuts them. Bound by loss and shaped by violence, they circle one another carefully. Two warriors who know too much about how to endure, but not enough yet about falling back.
As vengeance gives way to protection and attention turns into something harder to ignore, together they begin the slow, painful work of facing what was done to them.
TLDR; in which So’lek and Tamtey tell a story of shared grief, unspoken devotion, and the difficult work of choosing to heal (while Ìley & Amay are being two winged puppies).

After So’lek defeated Wakula, rescuing Tamtey and reuniting the Sarentu Clan, there is a brief moment where Tamtey and So’lek may finally get a chance to discuss all the moments and emotions that were between them. But more becomes at stake when Tamtey collapses, more injured than previously anticipated, and So’lek must take control again to lead the Sarentu clan to aid her. While leading the Sarentu through the mess of reuniting, So’lek must come to terms with his own feelings for Tamtey and thoughts about the future as he shares his history and the moments that led to whatever emotion he currently has for Tamtey. But bringing up history tends to call upon old wounds. Will his actions be enough to save Tamtey? Will emotions be shared, or has the moment passed between the two?
This story takes place right at the end of the From the Ashes DLC.

“Am not!” I protest, waving my hands as I search for an excuse. “It’s just… hard to say.”
