Keigo cannot say the reintroduction of his friend (maybe) with benefits (definitely) back into his life (via having to stay with him for a few days) is a good thing - he is still mad at Touya after all - but he also cannot say it is a bad thing. Especially when he is completely willing to start up where they left off. They know how to handle whatever they are. They know how to push their own boundaries. Summary
Law and Luffy made a mistake while drunk at a party, and they were left to deal with the consequences.
Five years later and Luffy's a well known up and coming streamer while Law works a residence at the hospital. They do their best to raise their four year old son, keeping quiet about it to most of the people in their lives. Once people realized how young they were, they were quick to judge and they'd wanted to keep Chopper away from it.
However, with one wrong move during a stream, the perfect image Luffy had built up starts to fall away and they're forced to come to terms with letting other people in their lives.

Tldr: The people of Westerosi have no idea how genetics work, and it kind of ruins Otto’s long-term plans for world domination when the children of Luke and Aemond are born looking more Velaryon than anyone expected.
