“Mister Flins,” Illuga asked, “is that the Grand Master Varka hanging on your hip?”
“Yes, of course.”
Horror dawned on Illuga as he realized that his senior had one instance of the Ultra-Rare Grand Master Varka plush, belonging to the Loyal Cuddly Knights of Favonius Blind Box Series that had just released barely a week prior.
Had Flins reached a point where he could no longer bear his grief? Had the Grand Master never told Flins that he was actually alive and well, even after having literally left his body during his last mission in Nod Krai?
“You… do know that the Grand Master is alive, right?” Illuga said, carefully.
“Of course. I talked to him last night about the differences in the weather in Mondstadt and here in Nod Krai,” Flins replied, gazing happily upon Plushka.
Oh, dearest Moon Goddess, grief-stricken Flins was descending rapidly into psychosis.
