    Once there lived two goddesses. One belonged to the sun and the other belonged to the earth. The goddess of the Earth was kind and loved by everyone equally. The humans worshipped her and the gods loved her. The goddess's name was Kyoshi. The goddess of the sun on the other hand was feared. She was feared by the gods for her power. Feared by the Humans for what destruction she could cause even though they sought out light from her. This was the fate of the sun goddess to be feared by everyone. This goddess was named Rangi. The Sun goddess grew jealous of the beloved earth goddess and in jealousy took the life of the goddess. The goddess was replaced but wasn't as loved as the previous. Rangi was exiled and outcasted for what she had done and in the end, destroyed everything. That was the fate of the sun and earth goddess
