This collection of interconnected short stories follows the life of Kurisu Shiranui, an original character woven into the world of Naruto. From her early days as an Academy student to her present role in the Boruto era, Kurisu’s journey unfolds as that of a scout, a role marked by precision, solitude, and silent loyalty. Each story explores a different chapter of her life, tracing her growth through missions, friendships, loss, and the quiet moments in between.
The series strives to remain faithful to the established Naruto timeline and canon events, while also carving space for Kurisu’s unique perspective. This is not intended to be written as an AU, but rather a story in the background. Though small deviations or mistakes may occur, the intent is to honor the world as it exists while giving life to a story that feels both familiar and deeply personal. I’ve read and watched the series multiple times, but I’m not perfect and sometimes the timelines are confusing.
Written less for publication than for self-expression, this body of work exists simply because I wanted her story told: a parallel narrative running alongside the canon, offering a new vantage point into a world I love.
