Summary
Shizuo is on a suspension from work when Shinra is asking him for a favour which he unwillingly accepts. It leads him to the unknown city of Utsunomiya where he is supposed to work for someone in need of help. He gets angry when he realises who this employer of his is and also the employer himself is having troubles in a situation he hasn't even think of.
