Summary
If there's one thing Michael can't stand it's disorganization and his brothers have made a huge mess of Los Angeles.
(S4-rewrite) Michael sees his brothers are letting things get out of hand on Earth and decides they need some micro-managing. Michael becomes Head of HR of the LAPD and puts a damper on Lucifer's downward spiral as Eve stumbles back into life after Chole can't accept him. He's managed the Silver City and Heaven with no issues thus far, surely a measly little precinct can't raise that much Hell.
