Summary
It was another peaceful day in Alhaitham's and Kaveh's shared lives, in their shared home on the edge of Sumeru City. They used to live in the heart of it when Kaveh was younger, when their relationship had just begun.
But they moved when Kaveh turned 40, and Alhaitham was still forever in his twenties.

Summary
Alhaitham passes away from old age and Kaveh picks up carving sculptures to pass the time.
----
"I remember it was not much different than any other morning, perhaps not as chilly as now.
It wasn't much different, except for the fact I'd lost the love of my life that day.
And with the empty days and countless hours I now had to spend by myself, I decided to pick up a new hobby.
Carving."

Summary
"I think you'd be a clam."
Alhaitham hums, before Kavehs words actaully register in his head as he quickly snaps his gaze away from the pages of his book to said man, who is currently lazely slumped over on the other divan with a bottle of wine in one hand, his half filled glass in the other.
"I would be a what?" He stares like the other mans grown two heads.
"And I'd be a conch." Kaveh giggles with his reply, Alhaitham thinks that maybe his love has finally drank himself into insanity.

Summary
I sat in the house in silence for weeks after the funeral, my vision blurred, my mind empty. Reality sometimes would come back into focus and I would take a shower, cook some food and grab a book. But looking at the words on the pages, the usual rhythm of the letters I would get lost in, was lost to me.
My hands gripping the pages, my vision swam and my eyes closed. My grip on the book became crushing, I probably tore a few pages but I didn’t care.
The world I knew was gone.
My sun, was gone.
