In his desperate attempt to flee his captors he strikes a deal with a demon – unaware of the consequences for the trajectory of his entire life and the people in it.
__________________________This work is a collection of moments between Lucanis and Crow!Rook throughout their journey as members of the Veilguard – most of them close to canon with some missing scenes added here and there.
I find the slow burn of their in-game relationship rather realistic, since both of them are reserved and guarded, but rest assured that their shared background and the interventions of Spite will slowly pull them together.Bookmarked by MsElody

Lucanis cannot recall a time where he had everything he wanted, but for the last several weeks, he started to believe he was quite close. He wishes someone would have told him, scolded him even, for not only allowing hope like that to grow while facing a world-ending Blight, but being stupid enough to fall in love along the way.
