Summary
It's been a year since the dark secrets from the infamous Phantom Thieves murders shook Japan to its core. As for the Tokyo 12 abduction case, which happened at the same time, the victims' parents and guardians are still looking for answers.
But what if the abduction case victims weren't all what they seem? And why is it that the circumstances of both crimes are coincidental? Is there something more to these events than meets the eye?
(An alternate world where the Metaverse never existed, and the protagonists are on the run. But the consequences still came for the game's villains, and the guardians must fight tooth and nail to get to the truth and bring their kids back. Oh, and the Velvet Room employees get stealthy in helping them, too.)
