She has a knack for wringing information out of people—which mostly comes down to the fact that people underestimate Peggy because she’s a woman and she knows it.
In which Peggy goes to America on holiday, becomes a spy, falls in love, meets the Winter Soldier and lives to tell about it, goes AWOL, smuggles two Soviet assassins out of Eastern Europe, and saves the world—not necessarily in that order.
