Summary
The sounds of the party grew louder, more frenzied. Cacophonous. But Raphael remained, legs crossed, thinking of his boudoir in the House of Hope. What it might feel like to be there instead of here. Were he there, he could have them both. Haarlep would fill him in the way that only they could, with the euphoric, conflicting sensations of doing and being done. And then there would be Sarena at his side, kissing his brow, easing him through the ferocious climax that Haarlep provided. Whispering, whispering, as he came.
###
While away on business, Raphael finds himself thinking of his lovers.

Summary
Robotnik grunts, “Adequate.” But Stone only laughs, because the truth is written on the doctor’s face, in the shaking set of his shoulders, in the way he pulls Stone closer and buries his face in his hair.
“I try, doctor.” Stone remarks, and kisses the taller man’s knuckles. He smiles, and Robotnik can feel it against his skin. “You were magnificent.”###
Robotnik and Stone celebrate their anniversary the same way they always have.

Summary
“...I can’t swim.” Osha finds herself admitting after a while, though she’s certain he already knows. Her cheeks burn. She feels small and stupid, like a child herself, but Qimir does not condescend to her.
“Is that so?” He asks, and his voice is entirely even.
“I lived inland. Never learned. Never bothered, I guess.”
“And you fear the ocean?”
She does not reply, but supposes that in itself is enough of an answer.
