Summary
Tony knew a lot of things. But really that goes without saying, seeing as Hello, genius here. The first thing Tony knew, without a doubt to be the truth would be that he would never have a happy ending. He knew what he was like, he talked too much, got distracted too easily, was too clingy. All of these things were bad qualities, hey he knows that. Sure he’s got money, but really, how much can you pay someone to stay with you forever? The second thing, was that his soulmate didn’t want him. Which just proved his point about no happy endings. The proof was written directly over his heart in bulky letters.

“I’m like 75% sure this won’t explode on us,” Tony says confidently.
She glares at him and pulls more ammo out of her pockets, checking her guns again, “I don’t like anything less than 80% sure Tony.”
One of the A.I.M. worker shoots at her. She ducks and dives effortlessly, returning fire. Four of the eight A.I.M. workers are dead, stacked in a neat pile.
Tony raises an eyebrow at her, either oblivious to the gunfire or ignoring it.

Stiles races past a bewildered Isaac and a stoic Boyd. He has no time to stop and talk. Survival first, friendship later. Taking a sharp turn left, he trips which loses him precious seconds. He picks himself off the ground and takes off, twice as fast.
“Shit,” Stiles mutters, looking over his shoulder. “I’m gonna die.”
“Yes,” A voice barely containing fury says, “And painfully at that.”
