“Everyone thinks that I have the plan. Like I can fix things,” he listens to Ren’s self-deprecating talk, “I couldn't even fix a conversation, Zenkichi. How am I supposed to look them in the face? Look,” he shows him his phone screen with a shaky hand, filled with notifications from both the groupchat and private messages, “How am I supposed to tell all these people I’m not as cool as they think I am? That I can not manage to stay put one second instead of running away?”

Summary
There is a section of the file without a label. Ren has been declining to examine what the label is.
Ren Amamiya has spent ten months building an extensive file on Akechi Goro. He catalogues the real laugh, the careful hands, the way he ate the cake without admitting he liked it. He notes which hand holds the billiards cue. He files the jazz bar and the thing Akechi said in the tone of a case report.
He labels the section eventually. He labels it too late.
