The question gives the Harbinger pause. In the world of Teyvat, it isn’t uncommon to see someone live a long life without having physically aged at all. It’s especially difficult to predict a range in a region like Natlan, whose unique Ley Lines have given many more animalistic quirks to their appearances, skewing the aging process even more.
But Ororon means something to him. He’s been saved by him, labored, drank, protected, and fought at his side. The Captain has spent countless nights since their meeting in a cycle of yearning and chastising himself, because it’s unbecoming that five centuries of celibacy can be tossed aside for a young farm boy.
“About twenty… Two?”

Ororon nods.
(TLDR): Ororon confesses his love to Capitano, but when the Harbinger tries to reject him because of his age, he finds out that Ororon is a true-to-life vampire that has been alive for over a hundred years, who absorbs the lifespans of those he drinks from.
