Summary
The week after the peak of Wei Wuxian's midlife crisis he still feels a little bit sharp to the touch and doesn't really have it in him to hold it together when he sees Jin Ling in his prom dress, watch his son kiss his boyfriend right in front of his own eyes, AND explain to Lan Zhan that while, yes, Xichen is technically alone, he's not really lonely.
(Wei Ying thinks he has to deconstruct Lan Zhan's idea of love, but maybe they don't really need to talk about it, if Lan Xichen carries on fixing all of their minor problems for them).

Wei Wuixan vs. Pokemon Sun: The Trying, Exasperating Sunday Morning Incident. (i.e, a telling of the scene mentioned in part 1 of the series when Sizhui's Gameboy is taken away by Lan Zhan)
Inside, he heard the giveaway sounds of a sad chime emanating. After sitting on it for a minute, working out if it was really worth going in and talking to his husband about whatever weird reasoning was behind his cryptic grip on their son’s new toy, he heard a similar sad melody coming from upstairs. “God sake,” He whispered at the rabbits.
Lan Wangji was draped over his guqin, drowning out the sounds of their son, presumably doing the same thing. Wei Wuxian put his hands on his hips. “I’m going to guess you’ve had a fight,” and Lan Zhan’s pout told him all he needed to know.
