    Truly, the Archons couldn’t be just all bad, no good, right? Even the non-Dendro, non-Hydro kind. And yet the way Neuvillette talked about them felt as if they had personally insulted his daughter. Yes, they were using a stolen Authority, but had they had a choice when accepting it?     Anakin hummed as he watched Luke’s eyes glass over. The 9-year-old boy had been studying when Anakin noticed it.

    It started out slow. His eyes tracked the same place on the page again and again. They got slower and slower, until he wasn't even looking at the book at all.

    Luke stared at the wall, lips parted slightly. His blinks were few and far between.

    Or, the force works differently with the Skywalker family, and Anakin will ensure his children never feel alone in the universe.

    Or, or, Luke tends to dissociate when he meditates and Anakin cuddles him to ensure he stays tethered and is warm when he comes back to himself!
