    He quickly glanced at the child who Clint had consentingly covered with a soft blanket. ‘The calluses and scars are not quite right’ he mentally noted. As he looked into the young kids eyes, realization dawned on his face.

    This was Jarvis. His Jarvis.

    “Jarv- baby boy?” For a long second, he didn’t move. He felt a grounding hand on his shoulder. Clint of course.

    Tony knelt slowly, crouching near the cradle. He whispers, “Hey, hey, bud, it’s okay. You’re not alone anymore, buddy. I’ve got you.”

    The lights of the room flickered quite a bit, as if Thor was about to arrive. Jarvis flinched and backed away on instinct, pressing himself towards the cushion of the cradle.
