Summary
“You think I’m smart?” Yushi asks.
“I do,” Daeyoung insists, and he sounds earnest. Yushi does not know many people who are earnest. He can see it on their faces - the way they judge him, size him up, try to figure out what box he deserves to fit into. Are you enough of a man, Tokuno Yushi? Have you proved yourself yet? Have you mutilated your body, taken your shots, trained your voice to go deep?
“You’re the only person to say these things about me,” Yushi mumbles.
A normal person would be puking and gagging and telling him to shut up. And yet Tokuno Yushi - who is not the type to blush, let alone at something a man says - feels his cheeks go crimson as something in him aches, aches, aches.
But Daeyoung shrugs and smiles. “Hyung,” he says, voice low. “I think you’re amazing."
-
Tokuno Yushi works at a noraebang with his puppy-like coworker who has this vague obsession with him and he, like, doesn't even care. There is no time for romance, let alone when Kim Daeyoung is the size of a tree and annoying. Because that's what he is. Annoying. And hot. But mostly annoying.
So it doesn't even matter, really. Because Yushi does not have a crush. Not even a little bit.

Summary
Sakuya spent his life invisible. The indifference of his parents, the rigid silence of his home and the quiet violence he endured turned him into a ghost, condemned to a life of misery. Fleeing everything he knew, he was swallowed by the city’s anonymous darkness, begging for a chance at salvation that no one was willing to give. But salvation didn't come in the form of a gentle, helping hand. It came instead in the deafening sound of a brightly lit bar, pulsing with the energy of everything he was taught to fear. Trapped between the uneasiness of being discovered and the pain he can no longer carry, Sakuya finds a group of strangers — led by Jaehee, whose eyes saw past the surface, and Riku, who simply offered him a place to breathe. They didn't ask where he came from, but rather: What will you do now that you’re here?

Summary
“No,” Jisung cried. “No. Please don’t.” Jisung tried to breathe, tried to gasp for air to continue his begging, but his lungs refused to fill. The terror that grasped Jisung’s body was unlike anything he had ever felt before. These alphas couldn’t take him. They couldn’t. Jisung couldn’t take any more pain, couldn’t live every day in fear.
“Hey, we won’t hurt you. It’s okay. You can’t stay in here, though. It’s too dangerous.” Jisung could barely hear the alpha over the roaring in his ears. It was over. Jisung’s short bit of freedom was soon to be dashed.
Jisung runs away from his old pack only to be captured by another. This pack claims to be different, but Jisung isn't so sure...

Summary
Donghyun is so pretty. Jaehyun has to close his eyes and let the thought dissolve back into the haze in his head where it came from before he does something stupid. He’s no stranger to this feeling, to these realizations. The quiet pull of them sitting heavy in his chest, a weight he’s gotten used to carrying. It’s always there, lurking beneath the surface—this stupid, unbearable want for Donghyun.

Summary
“This is your home too,” Minho argued, moving to sit down on the side of Chan that wasn’t occupied by Felix. “You should feel comfortable here. Besides, humans don’t smell nearly as bad as some people make them out to be.”
Felix grinned, his cheek rubbing against Chan’s shoulder as he nodded his head. “And we can always scent you to mix your scent up— make you smell more like pack.”
Minho nodded in agreement. "Just because you’re human doesn’t mean you can’t be pack.”
And that was the crux of the problem, wasn’t it?
Chan wasn’t human.

Chan is a vampire but that's a secret he's willing to take to his grave. Too bad his new dormmates aren't so easily fooled and will stop at nothing to make sure that Chan is taking care of himself. Even if they have to do it themselves.
