When his eyes reopened, Steve's expression had changed.
It had been focused before, but focused on helping, eyes not unlike how they got when he was dealing with a matter of life or death. They were still focused now, but distracted somehow. Intense and faraway all at once.
He was just about to ask if something was wrong when Steve blurted, "Can I draw you?"
Or, three times Steve helped Bucky with his sense of self and one time Bucky helped Steve.
