Summary

The east end is swarming with gangsters, pick-pockets, and the world's most notorious serial-killer. Sent to investigate another grizzly crime the pair are left with a body, few clues, and a beautiful if uncooperative witness. With little to work with Korra must try her hardest to catch the killer before he strikes again, while navigating the treachery of people that don't want her help, and keeping her former partner in line.
Not a straight Romance fic. You have to earn your fluff.
