Robin's plan was simple enough: Help Zoro fit into this rookie pirate crew. That way she isn't abandoning him to face the Grand Line alone when she leaves. It was for his own good, she was sure, and hers.
The plan was running into a few snags. Like how Zoro doesn't seem to be fitting in. Or how Robin's growing more reluctant to leave the longer she stays.
The world may not wait until she's solved those problems to rain hell upon her.

Summary
It was really just his luck that a hulking monster lumbered out of the woods and directly onto his driveway. Just his luck that he threw enough parties when his parents were gone that the neighbors had long tuned out any noise that came from his yard. Just a nice cherry on top of the fucking cake that, even if anyone did hear him screaming when claws tangled in his jacket and pulled, Steve honestly wasn’t sure they’d have cared enough to bother anyway.

Steve’s a freshman, a benchwarmer, new blood, and he’s drawn the short straw. David Liefeld, Captain and star Center of the Hawkins Tigers, pulled him aside, rough, warm hand on his shoulder, and said, “Hey, get us some good shit for the party on Friday, alright?”
Steve hadn’t told Tommy about it, even if Tommy would probably have a better idea for getting drugs than this. Steve’s fucking committed, though. He doesn’t want to be the freshie that goes crying to his friend like some kind of queer.
This is why Steve is standing in the middle of the fucking forest in front of a dilapidated picnic table instead of hanging out at the quarry like everyone else. This is why Steve is waiting for the Freak to arrive - the only dealer he knows about for sure, who comes to this table at this time and sells to anyone who wants to buy.
