Summary
Jules Arden and Antoine Blanchard Gauthier are first-year students at Amaranth Academy, a prestigious university of magic; yet, they couldn't be more different. The former must prove he’s the best to secure the scholarship that will allow him to redeem himself from his humble origins; the latter, the firstborn of a wealthy elite family, cannot afford to disappoint his father and his entire family lineage.
But is it truly just rivalry that binds them? Or is there another reason why they can't seem to keep their eyes off each other?
(In other words: a story about magic, angst, hurt/comfort, class differences, and self-discovery. Oh, and love, too.)
