G'raha Tia has trouble remembering who or where—or when—he is sometimes. With a little time and patience, and the grounding presence of a man he loves, he's learned how to find his way back.
G’raha closed his eyes again and felt the wind ruffle his hair, the crisp morning air in his lungs, the way his ears pricked and swiveled in response to the noise of branches rustling, of students and teachers alike making their way to their respective destinations.
He could feel it. He could feel everything.
He was alive and well and made wholly of flesh and blood again, in a body that only ached a little sometimes and mostly in good ways, safe and sound in his adopted home on the Source as if no time at all had passed, let alone hundreds of years and another world-ending Calamity or two.
