The longer she stands there gaping like an idiot, the more she thinks that it would be so on brand for Katsuki to try to avoid any awkward talks or face any possible rejection by doing something exactly like this. He's unpredictable on the best of days. By leaving his name on the package, instead of sending it anonymously, she knows that it's from him if everything goes well. There's also just enough plausible deniability to give him an out if she doesn't reciprocate. He could say that someone else sent it and used his name, probably one of the fans who ‘ship’ them online.
Maybe her crush on him was more obvious than she thought.
